To get the most out of your one-on-one Optimal Health Coaching session, come prepared to openly discuss your current health, lifestyle habits, and goals. Be ready to share details about your nutrition, sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise routine, and any symptoms you’ve been experiencing- nothing is too small or insignificant. For your Zoom appointment, please have any recent lab work, supplement lists, medications, or health records available, as these provide valuable insight into your overall picture. It’s also helpful to bring a notebook or device for taking notes, along with a clear intention of what you’d like to improve or achieve.
