This immersive group sound bath is designed to guide you beyond the noise of the external world and into a space of deep stillness, clarity, and energetic alignment. As waves of sound move through you, the tones of Crystal Quartz singing bowls, Tibetan copper bowls, and sacred percussion create a multidimensional field of vibration that gently dissolves stress and tension.
You’ll be guided through a customized meditation journey, allowing your mind to quiet while your body fully lets go. Each frequency is intentionally layered to bring you into a state of calm awareness- where breath slows, thoughts soften, and your entire system begins to reset.
This is more than relaxation- it’s an experience of expansion, presence, and reconnection.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and elevated… as if you’ve stepped into a new version of yourself.
To fully receive the experience, we invite you to come prepared for deep relaxation and stillness in the comfort of your own space. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows your body to fully unwind. You may want to have a blanket or pillow nearby to create a cozy, supportive setup as you settle in. This experience is provided at your location, and for your convenience, yoga mats and eye covers can be provided upon request. Sage or incense also available if desired to enhance the atmosphere. This is your time to disconnect from the outside world and gently arrive into a calm, receptive state.
