Together, we’ll address key areas such as energy, nutrition, stress, sleep, and mental clarity- identifying what’s holding you back and implementing targeted, sustainable changes. This structured yet flexible program allows you to stay consistent, build momentum, and develop habits that support long-term optimal health, so you can feel stronger, sharper, and fully in control of your well-being.

Session Preparation & What to Expect

To get the most out of your one-on-one Optimal Health Coaching session, come prepared to openly discuss your current health, lifestyle habits, and goals. Be ready to share details about your nutrition, sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise routine, and any symptoms you’ve been experiencing- nothing is too small or insignificant. For your Zoom appointment, please have any recent lab work, supplement lists, medications, or health records available, as these provide valuable insight into your overall picture. It’s also helpful to bring a notebook or device for taking notes, along with a clear intention of what you’d like to improve or achieve. Most importantly, show up with an open mind and a willingness to explore a deeper, root-cause approach to your health—we’re here to create clarity, direction, and a personalized path forward.
